After spending over 10 years trying to find her niche in corporate America, Suzanne landed her first job in recruiting in 2017 for a property management company. There she recruited for any and all roles that would support a leasing office – leasing consultants, property managers, service technicians, porters, and even pest control technicians. She also supported the corporate office and filled multiple positions in human resources, marketing, and executive level roles. In 2021 Suzanne decided to spread her wings and take on a management position. It was a dream of hers to be able to lead a team of recruiters! This was a different challenge and a new industry – behavioral health. There she recruited for ABA Therapist, Special Education Teachers, Teachers Assistants, Direct Support Professionals, and Outpatient Therapists.
In 2022 Suzanne transitioned into allied health and now recruits for Rehab Directors, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists. She supports 75 clinics nationwide in over 26 states. A day in the life of a recruiter is fun and very busy. What she enjoys the most is speaking with candidates and matching them with hiring teams. Suzanne loves calling people with offers, and loves hearing about their first day, or even their first month on the job. She has viewed thousands of resumes and spoken with more candidates than she can count. More importantly, Suzanne knows what recruiters are looking for and how their thought process works.
